Rainy day Biscotti...

Citrus, fennel, rosemary and nut biscotti
There is something about this biscotti recipe that I love... apart from tasting great, it's fat free (well... no butter/oil added), so I make up for this by having a lot. Reminds me of the year I spent in Italy, and how simple food is best.
