There is something about this biscotti recipe that I love... apart from tasting great, it's fat free (well... no butter/oil added), so I make up for this by having a lot. Reminds me of the year I spent in Italy, and how simple food is best.
I live in the beautiful coastal town Gisborne, New Zealand. I am a Mother of two little boys, Oliver and Luca. They are 19 months apart and very very busy! Did I mention they are also the loves of my life, oh and my lovely husband Matt :)
